I give VU my highest recommendation. I am currently deployed, and bought a home where I will live when I return home. Jake Faerber, Mallory Painter, and Allison Pharr said no problem, lets do this. Jake facilitated my 30 year fixed rated loan at 2.75%. Mallory helped and guided me through underwriting. She spoke to the underwriter ahead of time so I would have time to get the documentation, and my file did not just sit on a desk. Allison closed the deal, and helped me with the alive and well statement, and the deal was closed on time. They did all of this while I was overseas, and all of us are in a national emergency due to Covid-19. These three understand VA loans, and care about people.
