The ESCROW office located in Texas failed to provide information in a timely manner. We have to push to obtain information.
Will never ever use this mortgage company again. The sooner you all sell my loan to Penny MAC, just like you did when I was in Afghanistan, the better.

Great company and very involved in the home buying process. They’re fast to process data and request documentation needed to build a file for the underwriters. Communication is good, but stay involved in the process to insure nothing is missed. If you’re involved and quick to respond the process will close on time problem free.
