Eli is legit. I went into my third home purchase, this one being my first for sale by owner. I had no idea how it was going to go and for the most part clueless. Eli helped me all the way through it and was available whenever I had questions. Even the same question worded 5 different ways over 5 different days because I was confused about something. There were bumps along the way but that was mostly due to the closing attorney and Eli stayed engaged helping me and even doing some things that weren’t part of his job to make everything happen in time
