Our loan officer Nick Laws is the best! He was always very quickly responsive to the myriad of our first-time-buyer questions and we appreciated that he was reachable in a variety of ways. We love that he is local because he had very helpful suggestions for things like home insurance and home security. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful and we had total trust in him and valued his advice and input greatly! He was always on top of things and gave us realistic expectations for timelines, plus let us know right away when something was needed of us. Out of all the people we worked with through our home buying experience, Nick was solidly our favorite!
