Veterans United has made my home buying experience incredible. Everything is online. Everything is explained in detail with amazing instructions. They give great advice on anything home related. I would have not been able to handle the stress of buying a home without the help of the team I had. Everyone is incredible, friendly, reliable. I was never steered wrong and was guided in the right direction. I would recommend veterans United for anyone interested in buying a home. Overall good experience. Some of the process was slow and duplicated but I was happy with the end product.
Listen to the people they assign to help with your score. They were dead on with their assessment of our score and the time line to approve the score.
Poor communication, misunderstandings around every corner, unanswered questions, no offered compensation for all the extra expenses due to all of the aforementioned...
