Before Alice, our representative was Ty Reece. Ty was amazing to say the lease. He was so helpful and always called to check in. We were sad when we found out the company we bought from said we would have to use their veterans United rep. I hope whoever this feedback goes to gives Ty the well deserved recognition for his outstanding job.
