The only reason I didn’t give a rating of ten is because of the outrageous VA funding fee that probably has nothing to do with Veterans United and more with the VA. Overall great experience!

This is my first time using Veterans United. Honestly I dont have any complaints. I wish I knew about them sooner. This is my 3 mortgage loan and if I ever move again I would used them again no questions asked.
Veterans United by far was the best lender to work with for my VA IRRRL and I contacted 3/4 other lenders before contacting VU. My Loan Officer, Celina, took my being a legal nerd in stride - answering all my questions, down to the nitty gritty, detailed ones. I'm happy I decided to go with VU (and I could have gotten a .125% lower rate with another lender, but had no desire to work with them...they were too disorganized) . VU handled my VA IRRRL efficiently, timely and we closed relatively close to the original closing date...even with covid-19 raging across the county.
The experience was amazing! As a first time home buyer. I’ve already recommended Veterans United to members who are actively serving.
