o I would have liked to know that Veterans United needed to verify employment the day of closing. Everyone is taking precautions and working from home (due to the COVID pandemic) slowing the process and making communication more challenging. If I had a day's notice, I could have let the HR representative know to be looking for such an email.
Easy process, they keep you informed and there are never any questions on what is required on the buyers part. The website is very easy to understand and the people are very friendly.
