Overall I had a very good experience. There were some last minute unexpected requests which caused some stress but we made our original closing date projection which was great.

I was very apprehensive about buying a home after hearing multiple horror stories from friends how have recently bought homes. I was tired of wasting money on rent, so I decided to take the plunge and prepared myself for a long, hectic and un-enjoyable experience. I contacted Veterans United and spoke with Rob D. Rob and I had a long conversation about what I was looking for and expected. After that first call my mind was put as ease. I can honestly say that I was at ease through the entire process. I worked with a great group of people who worked hard for me and kept in the loop the entire way. I experienced ZERO (0), heartache or difficulties. I could not believe how smooth everything went. I guess everyone I talked to before purchasing my home should have used Veterans United.

Veterans United Home Loans has worked very well for me on a personal level, with the upmost professionalism and attention to detail, my loan team (Paul, Dylan, & Eric) made my process really smooth. Things can be confusing and nerve wrecking as a first time buyer like myself, but the loan team were always ready to alleviate any confusion and answer any questions my wife & I had.
