I would recommend, only issue is making sure all paperwork is in order for approval.
To start, the Lighthouse Program helped us to fix some credit issues to get us qualified for a VA loan. Once we got our pre-approval and made an offer on our dream home, things moved along very quickly and smoothly. Everything was done online and by phone, which made it so easy! We were immediately notified every time there was a new "To-Do" for us to complete. We were able to sign documents online and uploading information was very simple. We were even able to close by the end of the same month!
