If you are a veteran with full or partial home loan benefit reach out to veteran United. They are so knowledgeable and experienced in va loans that they make it painless. They tell you everything up front. They answer any question quickly. They give you two contacts and they are with you throughout the process. This is my third home purchase and my second va loan. This was by far the easiest and most transparent mortgage application experience of my life. They do most steps via their veteran United website. It is sailor proof. And was glitch free. The web design team deserves a lot of credit for streamlining the system and making such a user friendly system so vets can buy from the comfort of their current home. The underwriter team is fair and direct. Do your assignments as soon as possible and your loan will progress on schedule. The appraisal team also knows the va system and works through it seamlessly for you. VU realtors are amazing. My realtor Ellie Renne was available always. She responded quickly. She is friendly knowledgeable and professional in real estate, local market and especially VA loans. She went to different properties for us , took pictures and videos, never showed annoyance and frustration as we changed our real estate interests. She is a warrior negotiator and guided us to, and got us a great and fair deal. My loan officers were Mike Stalling And Cara Belcher. They were unmatched in customer service, patience and knowledge of the va loan process. Mike started me off getting the package in. He fine tuned it, Cara picked up the file from mike and gave me specific assignments, she worked with the title people, my realtor and 1000 other things. Mike was still there answering questions and working behind the scenes. These three are and excellent team and I can’t compliment or thank them enough. I’m sitting in my new house writing this, thanks to Mike, Ellie and Cara. Thank you guys.
