Choose a mutually agreeable appraiser. The one they chose ignored common sense property values in the area, and ensured they got the over the top price. 20k over value!

Sure there was a hick up created internally in the process but the overall actions of the packager and loan officer overcame those problems. The Big picture of Veterans United Home Loans is one of veterans standing by veterans with the end goals of getting the job done for the right reasons.
