Our situation was a unique in that we did not have a buyer agent this time. Although not widely condoned (not using a buyer agent), we felt confident enough with the seller agent that we were discussing the property with to proceed with a "dual agency" arrangement, which made things move quickly after submitting an offer. Chad's team had quick responses to our inquiries and the loan process had clear requirements which gave us enough information that we could dig in and find the answers on specifics with our own contract and your information/answers helped us make informed decisions. Your recommendations concerning Home Owner's insurance were also valuable guides in selecting the right company/policy to use. My Vets Untied team was superior. Very professional at all times. Once my on line application was submitted they were ALL over it. The whole process was seamless...from pre qual all the way to closing. In today’s age of electronics it was super easy using their secure site to upload required documents. I would definitely recommend the team at Veteran's was the way other loan offices should do. It was easy to understand and their with me made me feel comfortably the entire way. When my wife and i started the process of searching for a new home purchase, the anxiety was high to say the least. But once we chose to go with Veterans United we soon realized that the process does not have to be as stressful as one would expect. Hayden did an awesome job walking me through this with his assistant Kayla! Every time I called he answered the phone and patiently answered every question I had. He would also let me know if he was going on vacation or leaving early by emailing and calling me the one time he did to reassure me that he would still be on top of everything that is going on.
