I appreciate that Chad and his team don't call me every time there is a small rate drop. They didn't try to sell me a refi that I didn't want or wouldn't really benefit me. Get your act together! Veterans deserve your best efforts, not your apathy for Vets who don't know or understand the process. If the docs aren't right, fix it, then have us sign. This isn't a speedy process and no one will die getting it right.
