This was my first VA loan and what I would say to anyone buying a used home, is to be patient and work through the process. In the end the interest rate and no down payment was well worth the process we had to do to get it done. Be prepared for some hiccups, but overall a great result.
Everyone was always helpful in the total process from start to finish.
Awful, worst case scenario experience. What an awful group of people.

My loan went through multiple changes/revisions (job change, finances, and VA requirements). They were always on top of their game, and kept us informed along the way.
