My experience was good
I wanted to make a down payment on the house. Nobody ever talked to me about it at VU despite me clearly indicating it to my agent and putting it in my contract. I'm glad I *didn't* push the issue to commit to a down payment now that the economy is suffering due to coronavirus. I'm overall happy with how everything worked out.
