Communications were very professional and responsive. Offered competitive rates after negotiation. Portal is very streamlined and efficient. Swag is a nice plus.However, if I didn't catch it we would have ended up paying a substantial extra amount of money toward costs that are non-allowable to be paid by the Veteran. Although I was able to catch this and Chris made it right, I wonder how many other Veterans are being taken advantage of through this practice. I believe it is a deceptive lending practice.Without this experience I would have said 9/10.

From start to finish three years ago till now they've helped me every step of the way in building my credit and finding the right house and making sure I pay the right price for it overall one of the best experiences I've had granite's the first house buying experience ever run through definitely use them again.
Did not close on time. Once the account manager (Zach) took it from the team it was done properly. If I didn't get mad, we would still not have closed.

Working work you guys was great. Mr. Basinger over in the Lighthouse Program guided us on everything we needed to get done to make sure or credit scores were the strongest possible. This whole team was great, pleasant, quick to reply and helpful throughout process. Can’t beat it .
Overall it was great. DJ was very informative and explained everything so I didn’t get stressed out. Amy was great and always polite but sometimes there were communication issues which lead to me calling DJ to understand what was needed.
My team did not take there job seriously, I had to upload the same documents twice the manner in which they replied to my messages seem as if I were speaking to my drinking buddies instead of professional personnel from a multi million dollar company serving and depending on veterans.
