I never leave reviews or comments but in this case I am breaking my normal routine. Working with Rob Deleeuw was an amazing experience. He was always reassuring and left no stone unturned. I always knew that Veterans United takes care of veterans and our families but Rob went above and beyond. I don’t have time to itemize everything Rob did for my family but he never gave up, he never quit on me; He stayed with me up to closing and continued to make sure I was good to go. I also had the pleasure of working with Alyssa Soendker Gifford, She was AMAZING to work with. Alyssa was over the top awesome. I knew Just by talking to her on the phone that she was an extremely driven and intelligent person that was going to be a trustworthy flagship throughout this entire process. I wish I had time to wright a book illustrating how amazing my Veterans United team was but please believe me that there is nobody in the industry that can beat Alyssa and Rob.

Veterans United provides a great service to veterans and their families in offering their expertise in the VA home loan process. We attended a very informative and no pressure briefing about the VA loan process in the San Diego office, and a year later when we were ready to purchase a home, returned to the same office and were approved for a loan. We had the keys for our home exactly 30 days after our offer was accepted on a house. We were apprehensive about the home buying process and Veterans United put us at ease and made the experience absolutely painless. I will definitely recommend their services to fellow veterans.
Vererans United was very thorough and diligent in communicating with us every step of the way. Their use of technology made the paperwork submission process very smooth. The representatives from the company were very professional and caring. They do a great job working with home buyers.
