In a digital age it is almost expected that you be able to respond with a lot of things in less then 24 hours. This can create complications for those who simply do not have access to their preferred email during the working week.

Don’t waste your time. This was an absolutely horrible experience. Craig was great until I had a contract on a house and then he wouldn’t call back with important info like the interest rate, etc. then when we did talk about why the rate wasn’t locked and went up he said he decided to let it float to try and get me a better rate. His job is to inform and not make decisions about my loan. Additionally, we were supposed to close at 2:30 and my lawyer didn’t get the money until 4...closing almost didn’t happen.
