Veteran’s United made the home loan process very simple and worry-free. My only complaint with Veteran’s United Is that i wish they would’ve been more communicative. If a questions and/or concern arose during the home loan process it was difficult getting in contact with someone from the home loan team. Other than that i’d say it was a near perfect experience.
Transparent easy to understand terms. Team communicates what they need to move the process along. They are timely responding to questions.

At the end there were one too many middle men/women. Documents were being requested along with other issues that should have been handled BEFORE the Clear To Close was issued. It got very nerve racking and stressful the last few days. If it wasn’t for this happening I would of given the experience overall a 10.
She was so kind and explained every little detail of the process. When things became stressful for us she took the time to go above and beyond for us to get us updates. I would 100% recommend VU to any of our friends.
