We absolutely loved the process! As first time home buyers they all made sure we understood the process and answered every question we had and man did we throw a lot there way! I will definitely be recommending them to all who ask and we’re so grateful to be working with them!

Veterans United ARE truly there for veterans. They are a one stop shop of knowledge that makes the home buying process stress less as can be. Every member of the team assigned to help you makes you feel like they are their just for you. Quick responses and all the answers to the every question I had .

Very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend using veterans Home loans for your next home purchase.

Evan was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable in all the areas of concern that I had. His patience allowed me to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend a VA loan to anyone!!

Great team, wonderful

Although I would recommend Veterans United I would not recommend a VA loan.

He was amazing, very helpful in every way on shift and off! I have already passed his name on to a friend looking to buy a house.

The whole team was amazing they got everything to me quickly and made sure I had everything I needed

To own a home has always been a dream for me. To now be a Proud Veteran homeowner, thanks to Veterans United - my loan team is an amazing feeling! I highly recommend Veterans United to every one of my vet friends & family.

Ryan and Morgan were so helpful with everything, they stood by me even after a sale fell through, through my transition from Active Duty to Veteran. The attention to detail, the step by step communication made the whole process so easy. I’m so grateful I got them as a team and I can’t wait to work with them again in the near future !

Brett you did great you had answers to all our questions. The only problem I had was the septic report. My Agent Carlos Trevino told me we need it but was told by Carson no it wasn't needed because it was a new home. Last minute we were scrambling to get it done. Carson should have known better and left the decision to the buyers that it might or it might not be needed because it was a new build. I would have chosen the pay for it and avoided the delay. This cost us $920.00 to stay at the house we just sold. I want to give thanks to my realtor Carlos Trevino with Middleton Group Realty he really worked it. My wife would have been very upset if the deal would have gone south. My wife is happy in the house she chose and happy how Carlos was always available.

Well where do I start I had a great! time working with Charles he took care of us and we closed on time even after I missed my closing date with another lender. Long story short I was originally working with Charles until my wife and shopped around for a lower interest rate. We started working with Brian Cooke from sunny hills financial (bad mistake) we where lead on for 3 weeks thinking we were going to close on time. Come closing day Brian calls me to inform me I wasn’t approved for the loan amount. I contacted Charles to let him know what had happened and he said he could still get me closed on time. Original closing date was the 24th so luckily I got an extension. Charles and his team did the impossible and got me closed in a matter of 10 days because it was Memorial Day weekend. With that being said if your working with veterans united get to the finish line with them do not take shortcuts because chances are you will go through the same experience as me. I can’t thank Charles enough thank so much my friend.

Highly recommend services from united veterans home loans. Very professional and helpful.
