I cannot express enough the Great and Wonderful Experience that I have had with Veterans United. As long as they are in existence I only want to be funded through them. Their Customer Service is the Best! Even when I went through The Government Shutdown, they were prepared to work with me. Now, that's a testament to the Great Service they were willing to do for me. Our closing took too long. We had a set date of 14th Oct. But due to the underwriter (Allison Pharr) going on vacation with incomplete paperwork it delayed us for 5 more days. Then we signed on the 19th of Oct and (Chris Doose) had all the paperwork dated for the 21st of Oct. This delayed us again because the paperwork cannot be predated. We had to re-sign everything on the 23rd of Oct. Just a horrible way to do business. I think the Staff of Veterans United really need to get their stuff together. They wasted time and alot of money.
