I would recommend that when a rate is quoted and locked in, that it actually is. Rates are climbing everyday and it should not come as a surprise to have a different rate amount than originally quoted.

Great to work with, had some bumps along the way but worked to make sure that my closing day arrived.

We were very pleased with the loan specialist that took care of all the questions we had. We were treated like family. Very caring and patient with our needs!

The process was streamlined, efficient, professional, and a pleasure to go through.

Very easy to work with.

Thanks

Since the start working with Tim, this has been by far the best team to work with. Tim, Matt and Heather no matter what took the time out to answer any questions . I even received text and calls on the weeekned. I couldn’t of asked for a better team to help work on my loan. It was a very smooth transition!

Overall my experience with Veterans United and Brian Bradley’s team was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a home (and within the near future I most likely will). There was only one real issue that I ran into with the team and that could just be the way things are and I am unaware of it. That issue was the lag time between documents being submitted to the MYVU portal and the company taking action. The first instance of this was the lack of follow-up after I received the low appraisal on the home. I was waiting for an updated Loan Estimate and further instructions but after a week I ended up E-mailing Mr. Salas to find out what the next steps were. That seemed to jump start the process again and things continued to move forward. So again, this may have been something I needed to do but was not clear on; but the time lost definitely hurt. The next instance was when I submitted my bank statement confirming I had the funds to close. This document sat in the pending review box for six days and ended up generating several additional requirements (gift letters) that I was not able to handle as easily as I could have if I had known sooner. These times loses snowballed into the final issue which was the underwriter needing additional information on a loan inquiry I had made back in January (and submitted a LOE on in March). Now Brian and his team did a phenomenal job handling this issue and I am extremely impressed with how it all turned out but this is something either additional time or a more common sense underwriter could have worked out and allowed me to close my home on time. For these reasons I ended up scoring the team a 9 but if I had to do it all over again tomorrow I would pick this team every time. Great working with you all!

VU we're absolutely phenomenal! Communication was frequent and thorough and I never had to wonder how my loan approval process was going. If I had to take out another loan I would definitely use Veterans United again!

The ins-and-outs of Veteran loans and they stayed with me through the process!

The use of the VU portal made reading and signing very easy.

The team was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was what you called living in the stone age not computer savey and you to doing things the old way. On top of that i work at knight so reaching me wasn't easy. But Devon and Elain showed patients not just by the information but returning calls even when they had other projects and making me feel as a priority. Once again Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
