First time buying a home and Veterans United really came through for me. I made sure I had the information requested pulled in a timely manner. I know most lag on getting specific underwriting documentation and it can hold up underwriting. The guys were great and answered questions quickly. I'd suggest a discount for borrowers that maintain contact and get documents quickly to push loan through underwriting this way bank statements , income and such are not re-requested due to untimely borrowers.
Liked working with Mike and Kelly, the process was stressful on all concerned, but in the end it worked out fine. there is a lot to be said as to the way the Government is involved, complicates things. Kathy Gregory our appointed Realtor was the Best.
