VU is fast, transparent and there for you all the way. I started my refi with my actual mortgage company and was told to refi at once percent then come back and refi to lower my apr. I contacted VU for a second opinion. Not only did they tell me they were wrong for making have to pull two refi's, but they also beat their APR by over 1 %!
