Took a month longer then expected. A day before closing they asked me to try and get pay off amounts. A week and a half later I am still waiting on my money.
Jimmy, Ashley, and their team are attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I felt like like I made friends in the process. They could not have made it easier. And the new customer site is most excellent.
