Great to have the loan officers immediately take all the concerns away. Initially with Tim Langdon, who was for New-York and then with Johnna Dunlap when the Army decided to move me from Germany to Virginia instead of New York. The transfer from one loan officer to the other was totally transparent to me, went smoothly and with the same professional approach. Great team.
