Ive gone through both a loan process and a refi with veterans united. The teams of specialists and the people that work behind them are very knowledgeable and informative with what exactly they do. And they do these things in a respectful and timely manner. Both of my experiences with VU were awesome. I would recommend anyone and everyone to contact them for all of their home buying needs. These specialists are truly great.
Easy process.
The only problem I had with my loan process was getting timely replies to questions. I always had to leave a voice mail and many times I did not get a response in a timely manner. Same with email questions.
Veterans United streamlined a scary process for most people. As a first time home buyer, I liked that everything was visual. All of the documents were available online for me to view. They not only told me the things that I needed to upload, but gave me a description to make sure I was uploading the correct documents. Everyone was professional, and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend their services! Buying a home can be stressful but veteran United home loans does a great job from cradle to grave of lender to agent to their online portal for uploading documents. User friendly website and outstanding customer service.
For many years always wanted to purchase my own home .but after coming out of the military. I never had that opportunity I went into credit card debt and begin to have multiple bills trying to establish credit that didn't work out for me. Recently I retired from my employer after 33 years of working I deserve my home I worked hard for it I earned it. it's a lot of work put into it for any first-time home buyer like myself but after working with the lenders and my realtor. I started getting myself in check I'm realizing then I'm going to buy this home or I'm just going to continue to pay rent for the rest of my life. But veteran United open the door for me and there was my opportunity. So my bottom line is pay off your credit cards have your finances together you clean your credit up real good and you will be okay.
