Closing date deadline was not met, VA appraisal guideline more strict than typical mortgage, funding fee makes fees/charges same as typical mortgage, unless buyer can afford high monthly pymts, lower down payment requirements are not feasible.
Would have given 10 but final approval was two days before closing. That caused some anxiety given that everything you own is packed and on a truck..
