They both are awesome, they answer all the questions we had and got us through the whole process in under 45 days and that is including the pre approval process. I can not express my gratitude enough!
VU made the process go smoothly and we closed quickly, even with the holiday affecting us. Other lenders just didn't compare after discussing my complicated situation with them, VU knew they could get it done and they did!! Only negative is that they sent a personalized blanket to an old address of mine and when it was forwarded to my mothers address she had to pay to retrieve the package. I told her to not pay and let them take it back. Nothing like a gift that you have to pay for lol

I would recommend VU and Matt Thill (in Columbia Missouri) to any military members purchasing a new home. They understand military details and idiosyncrasies that other lenders wouldn’t be as familiar with. We had a crazy move with our service member being overseas unaccompanied. They worked right through it without issue. It was nice working with people who understood!
