Nico Codemo asked for documents last minute even though I had a long lead time to my closing so I had to push my closing time a few hours. Not a big deal but I didn’t appreciate having to do things last minute given we had so much lead time.
This was probably the easiest mortgage process I have been through thanks to my mortgage team. I never had to worry about anything during the process. The App and online services were easy to use, and I heard from my team often with updates on the loan process.
Overall the whole team was amazing and understanding, even though I was deployed with connectivity issues, we were able to finalize everything I needed to close on my new home! Thank you Veterans United Team!

Loan process was fine until close to closing when there was delays due to team not realizing we already sent info/documents they requested. Then the waiver with the VA for condo was sent with an old ID from a past waiver for someone else causing the VA to reach out to me directly for me to provide the info/acknowledgement myself. Could have closed sooner without these issues.
