Probably the most frustrating part of this experience was that we received a lot of communication early on but then as we actually got through all of the hoops, our closing was delayed several weeks due to lack of feedback on what was still needed.The final straw was a walkthrough inspection that required a handrail to be installed a day before we were to close. We worked through this for months and this was dropped on us the last minute.We will not be doing business with Veteran Loans again nor would we recommend them.
