Our process started about February 16th and we closed April 9th with few to no snags. Being a first time buyer the videos were of great help knowing what to expect. The website is very easy to use! Tina was always available to me or my realtor even on the weekends. Beth was just as helpful, encouraging and available. I could not have had a better team working and guiding from pre-approval to closing. (One final though: if you are not great with math/numbers like me, I would suggest a friend or family member to overlook the sources from where your final closing figures are coming from.)
