For me, the process is daunting. There is a lot of places in the paperwork that a company can sneak in charges. I don’t mind paying for services, but I also believe in fair prices. I was dealing with three different companies at once, so that did and didn’t help. I got to see what different companies charged and where they hide that cost. I feel Veterans United had the easiest for me to follow when it came to what I would be paying at the end.
Absolutely the best! Being a first time buyer my loan officer and RE Agent took the time to explain terms and steps to me. They also made suggestions that were IN MY BEST INTEREST.I had an excellent agent and loan officer that made my home buying easy and quick. I am over the moon with my new home purchase!

you need to go with veterans United because they know how to work with veterans they lead you to the way they know the paperwork they know the lingo for veterans and understand the the military way of doing things so they will lead you in by hand right through all the paperwork when they talk to you about pay for they know exactly what paperwork you need and the floor mat you needed in .I tried buying the home once before several years ago and I didn't like the way it was going I'm glad someone recommended veterans United because now I am my homeowner
Adam Crutchfield and Nicole Clarkson are simply amazing and a pleasure to work with (2nd home purchase with Adam). This one was a bit tricky - Originally started the process with another lender. Switched to Veterans United because there is no substitute for good customer service, and that is something I have always experienced with VU (although the better rate and cheaper closing costs came in a close 2nd). Switching to Veterans United midway through our home purchase was nerve-wracking, if I were to undersell it. We needed to close within two weeks (closing date was already set). Adam, Nicole, and the entire team at Veterans United got us to the closing table on schedule. Impossible to explain how grateful we are for all of their efforts, and for them truly caring about taking care of our family. Thanks again!
