What a pleasure it was to work with everyone at VU. Whether this is my only home or I buy again, I will only use VU!

Everyone I dealt with was professional and answered any questions I had.

I'm am just beside myself, now, sitting here in our home we just bought. It has been such a blessing having Michelle and Doug manage our loan process. I've never had such impeccable correspondence in my life! And considering the paperwork, policy, and law maneuvering involved... that mean A LOT!! I would not hesitate a moment if someone were to ask me who I would recommend, it would be Doug's team.

Justine and Kayla made the process quick and simple in spite of unexpected events.

They did what they said

This home purchase was smooth and stress free absolutely loved it.

I can't say enough about Veterans United, they made me feel valued and respected my concerns and helped me understand every thing we went through one step at a time.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive staff. Made the process a pleasant experience. Kept up-to-date every step of the process.

The mortgaging and refinancing process was made user-friendly by all the staff.

Carol and her staff made buying a home from long distance easy and worry free.

Laura was the most pleasant person to work with during this process. During this process, I moved my family(wife and two kids) out of the house and moved them into my in-laws house. I put my house up for sale and went to work 5 hours away, only returning every other week. During that time I had to work on security clearances, finding a new house and still working 45+ hours a week. Laura made things easy and gave me what I needed in order to get things rolling.

outstanding and easy to work with

Easy as pie!! They helped me get a home when the average bank wouldn't. Plus they steered me in the right direction in order to get a he home I wanted. I wish I would've found Veterans United along time ago!

Very hands on, Mr Kangas was so helpful.

1) complex and oft' complicated electronic instructions for both "review" and more especially for paperwork requiring "DocuSign". This was NOT the case w/ my local realtor. Many are not so well versed in Adobe, which is decidedly CONFUSING.2) sending, copying, and saving important documents via Adobe did not often work, and yet conversion to MS-Word, more widely used in academic and professional circles, was NOT available unless client (me) puchased a program to convert Acrobat Adobe to Microsoft Word......3) I recall only twice, over the past 23 years before retirement that I was faced with any required usage of Acrobat Adobe, both in the USAF Medical Corps and in the private practice of medicine.4) Veterans United Home Loans should institute a policy for veteran home buyers: provide the buyer w/ a clear and voluntary choice of conducting all required e-mail msgs., documents, Docu-Sign, etc., w/ V. Home Loans by way of Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat, or pay for the conversion software available to and for the buyer/client.5) The past is not antique. Consider employing the use of USPS or UPS or Fed Ex on ALL documents referable to home purchases. And why not? The title companies continue to use hard, paper documents for a buyer's review and hard signature.

Great company that provided a smooth and problem free home buying experience.
