Be patient, you are buying a home, not a gallon of milk, ask lots of questions, ask them to explain it to you like your 3 years old....because United Veterans will answer them all, work with them, the more you do what they ask you to do, the faster things can move along, remember some agencies can NOT speak legally to United Veterans, you will have to liaison. We now have the little farm of our dreams, a wonderful house with almost 9 acres of land. My dad just bought a house through not United Veterans and let me tell you during my process with United Veterans we still felt like adults during the whole process. the real estate agent they had call me was truly a blessing, the loan specialist as well.......just be honest with your feelings and they will help how ever they can......we would and will recommend United Veterans.....
