We can’t say enough about how satisfied We are with the professionalism exhibited by this team Aaron has working with him. Everyone worked diligently to ensure we were able to get the home we wanted. Some key things that definitely stood out to us was was first of all the extremely quick response time. I remember when I initially called and left a message for Melissa Kunkel. I was only inquiring about the home loan process but she demonstrated her commitment to us when she selflessly returned my call on her day off via her personal cellular phone. That action alone was when we knew that we were going to go through VU no matter what. However, that was just the beginning. Right in the middle of our home search, I found out that my identity had been stolen yet a 2nd time this year. As discouraging as it was, it only gave the Veterans United team to introduce us to Superwoman, A.K.A Kinsey Finklang. Oh my goodness where do I begin, for starters I wish I could double Kinsey’s Salary for her tireless efforts. She is directly responsible for us closing last week. She went into overdrive fighting for me to get numerous fraudulent accounts removed from my credit report and thus raising my credit score to a number that I never thought possible. Sending letters on my behalf and even going as far as contacting some agencies personally to clear up some issues. I am forever grateful for superwoman and I want you all to know that she was instrumental in this process and had it not been for her, I don’t know if I ever would have been able to qualify for this home loan. Last but certainly not least, hats off to Ashley Royea. She kept us up to date on all deveopments and was there for us with answers to our 33billion questions. Being that we were first home buyers, we had no idea what to do. Ashley made herself available to answer questions anytime of the day. Sometimes even answering the same questions over and over again. Not once did We sense any sign of frustration from her, rather an energetic professional who was always willing to help. I can’t say enough about this team. They are pure magic and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.Adarrin

From the very beginning of the house-hunting process, it was a blessing dealing with the Veterans United Home Loans staff. I was originally scheduled to sign for a house the same day Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico. I was about to call it "quits" but the staff (Jess Vomund, Eric Raw, and Ronda Harber) became my support team backing me 100 % of the way until we signed for our home on Feb 18, this year. Excellent group of professionals and I would recommend this firm without any hesitation. I salute them all!!!

Very fast and Blake was very easy to work with.

Amy and Kristin were a joy to work with. They should get a raise.

I've never worked with VUHL before and was a bit nervous getting a home loan without going through a local bank. However, after doing a bit of research and reading reviews, we felt comfortable going with them and were pleasantly surprised at how well the entire process went.I love the website design and ease of use. Sometimes it can be frustrating when dealing with a company that hasn't fully grasped modern design cues and technology. Uploading and sharing documents throughout the process was as painless as it could be. If I ever thought we might have missed something, I could just log in and see if there were any items due. On top of that, E-signing from a computer or phone is really simple and much faster than print, sign, scan, e-mail that many businesses require in this industry. Bravo Zulu Veterans United!

Renee and Christina always do a fantastic job. I truly appreciate their patience and excellent service! I will continue to recommend Renee and her team.

yes of course we would really recommend highly Veterans United

I was blessed, fortunate and very greatful to Jake and Colin for superb performance of duties, flawless and stress free delivery and completion of my refinancing. My heartfelt thanks for the Dream Team in refinancing and I wish you both the best of everything and have more success in the future.

Erich and Alyssa are rock stars they went the extra mile over and over again on my loan. Thanks for all the hard work.

Being a first time home buyer, I was taken advantage of not aware of certain things that could have been explained better to me. When asked if they can hold true to their word and help a veteran out money in the end was all they were hearing. So I question why they even have veteran in their name and united, that was hilarious cuz all that they are united to is vet money uniting as one to screw me. I am very disappointed with the company and I hold resentment because when I have a 3.7% home loan from a company that veterans united loan specialist Sara said the company would match after hearing her initial 4.2% loan that she quoted myself. For choosing to deal with vet united the 3.7% was raised twice ending up at the 4.2% that was quoted initially. Now I will never know if the company who quoted 3.7 would have given me in the end the experience I deserve and felt good about being a first time buyer.

There's nothing worse than little to no communication when there are so many details and deadlines. A lot of communication throughout the entire process which made this huge life event a breeze.

Everyone we worked with were very professional, and were concerned that we understand the process of getting our loan. Meagan was wonderful. She kept us on track, and she answered all our questions in a timely manner.
