
VU was very quick to respond when I initially reached out about buying a home. They made the process very easy. Would recommend them wholeheartedly!

The service wasn’t what I expected based off the reviews I read. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it wasn’t what I was led to believe.If honest feedback is required: I think I spoke to my loan officer 2 times total over the phone. I did receive some email traffic from her but I expected more direct communication. Several times she would state she would call me but would not follow through. Not what I was expecting from the VU team. No follow through the entire last week of the closing.The concierge was great. Contacted me more than any other team member and was very professional and knowledgeable. He appears to care greatly about his job and the customer.My loan coordinator was excellent. Very prompt and answered any questions in great depth and detail. I was never left wondering.Overall; I wouldn’t recommend VU due to the lack of communication overall. But I will say their application and verification process was extremely easy. Thank you.

We had some tough times but Tom and Rachael absolutely pulled through and did it with incredible professionalism, superior industry knowledge and most of all client first compassion. The whole team was perfect. I heard horror stories from people who had bought houses and the whole team made it very easy and took time to educate me on anything I was unsure about 10 out of 10 was impressed and enabled me to buy a new house with ease.

This has been the best home buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish VU, Travis and his support team made the process very easy and enjoyable. Moving across the country is very challenging. There were a number of economic and logistical challenges that occurred after I started the process that ultimately required that my wife and I place the process on hold for a period of time. During the 8+ month delay, Travis checked in with me reminding me that once I was ready he would be there for me. True to his word, once we re-ingaged he was there to get the ball rolling. My wife and I located our forever home and within 30 days we were funded and closed. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to purchase a home!
