I was very pleased with having Joe as our loan officer. He was very pleasant and polite. From the very beginning he was very easy to work with. What I appreciated the most was that he always kept great communication with us. In the 1st week that we started working with him, he left work early because he was sick. Instead of leaving us in the unknown, he actually communicated with us to let us know that he was out for the rest of the day. I appreciate his efficiency in handling all the paperwork and in facilitating the entire loan process.

During the process there were several times when we got frustrated about our situation. We were staying in an RV park, and going through the home buying process among other things. We had very little internet access which was sketchy at the best of times, but Brian and his staff, were very helpful and patient during the whole thing. We hit some snags , but Brian saw us through to the end and we are very happy!

Let's all agree on something - financing or refinancing a home is a dreaded experience. We are 'out of our element' and vulnerable to people taking advantage of us.
