To many mistakes made in the process. The appraiser they hired was way out of line on pricing our home. Titling company was not organized. Experience was not pleasant

The only thing I would want other active duty families to know is that even with a home buying/selling/refinancing poa they require an "alive and well" statement which can be difficult to obtain during deployments.
