Veterans United was very thorough, giving step by step procedures in the loan process. Being an individual who likes to understand documents that I sign, it was a pleasure and relief that I had a portal to access all documents and read through them.

Tommy Purk is AWESOME!!! He was very informative at all times. Stayed ahead of the game plan. Only issue was with the associate that kept sending my VOE to my director instead of Human Resources, but I handled that issue. Just an FYI, to always start with the HR Dept for verification of employment. Thank you all so very much!!!
