I should not have to have my employment verified twice within a mtter of a month. That is rediculous and makes the customer feel like they can't be trusted.

John Ouk, a member of Chris's team who handled the majority of my loan preparation, gathering documents and providing me with information stepped up to the TOP in my expectations. I am a person who has to be on top of "whats going on". I need to know and get concerned when I dont know whats going on. Once John understood this, he kept me up to date every time I called on the phone, and was responsive when I left messages seeking information. This communication from John helped me stay calm in a very short time to close (which turned out to be less that 30 days from the first phone call). Would I recommend this team, ABSOLUTELY.
I also wanted to mention Hunter Brumley for helping us with a few credit issues we had prior to us applying for the Veterans United home loans. Hunter was a good advocate for the company and helped us prepare for our prequalification for the home purchase. Veteran's United - Cindy Woodham - provided excellent customer service. She worked within our time constraints related to coordinating the sell of our old home with the buying of a new home. This created the need to for extra oversight and coordination. All went well - Cindy's ability to be so detailed and yet flexible really made the entire process easy and successful!
