Very good

There are many forms required for underwriting, this is not the first loan you have done. It should not be a guessing game on what forms to submit. There should be a checklist. For example, if someone had a divorce or marriage then certain official documents are required. The forms should not be reviewed the day before closing only to discover it was missing a judges stamp. If certain forms need to be "official" then it should be noted earlier on in the process.

Veterans United personnel and website were very organized and informative which made the home loan process a less complex experience.

My home finance process with Veterans United Home Loans San Antonio could not have gone any smoother than it did. From start to finish, every single member of the staff that I interacted with made me feel like they had my best interest in mind.

Never in a million years did I think I would have the privilege of owning my own place. Veterans United made that dream come true! I'm one of the first home owners in my family and it was all possible because Veterans United made it happen.

Mary Jacobi and Amy Tesch always had time to answer any questions regarding my loan.

We have already done so. Thos organization was an absolute pleasure to work with, start to finish, every one was amazing. I wa prepared for an awful experience from all the horror stories I have heard about house buying experiences. No one could believe how smoothly this went for us and it was United Home Loans that wa the differentiating factor that made our experience awesome! Way better than AWFUL! The Hankins' will always be grateful to Dan, Elaina, Hunter Brumley (with the qualifying agency) and the entire team at United Home Loans!!

Wendy Pulliam and Samantha Lennox were just awesome!

Very stressful situations.

Simple and easy. I was able to follow all guidelines and came to understand how the process work being a first time home buyer.

Extremely helpful

Competent, confident, trustworthy!

GREAT!!!

You all worked so hard and very fast to get me into my first piece of the American Dream. I'm so grateful for the entire team. Words cannot describe how happy I am

Several documents were asked for repeatedly. Others were not explained properly. The lady we dealt with would ask that something be sent immediately then she would be out of the office the rest of the afternoon. Very picky and demanding. Did not trust anything we sent. Threatened more than once that if something wasn't completed that our closing would be delayed. Only notified of official closing date one day before and then still asking more documents be sent right down to the wire.I at 66 was a nervous wreck every time I saw a message from the E. O. Lady?

Working with Kelly was the best experience ever. All the staff at their office went above and beyond to help us during this process.
