My only issue which was a major issue the customer and the loan officers should be located in the same time zone my loan officer was located 2hrs ahead of me which made it difficult to communicate with him when I'm getting documents at 245pm my time it's 445pm their time so when I check the documents and need questions at 3pm their already gone for the day and I was also told I was going to have lenders credit added to my loan but for some reason that was left off which left me with paying a last minute $2335.80 closing that I was assured was taken care of only reason I didn't kill the loan at that point because my wife wanted the house and my $3000 escrow was already lost since the contingency was removed so yes I'm highly upset and I will never send anybody to you guys
From start to finish,Tony Boussad and his team answered all my questions (believe me there were alot) and walked me through the whole loan process. They got everything done and approved fast . Helped me solve a few problems I had on my end with credit references and here I am filling out a survey in my new home all in about 50 days. Thank you Veterans United and thank you Tony.
The Max's team was so outstanding, it is almost unbelievable that we are in our new home. Its becaused they truly care and are very knowledgeable about theirs jobs. We find it hard to express the joy, jubilation and the knowledge that this team has imparted in to us. We will recommend them to anyone who needs a loan or any banking needs.
