Veterans United was the best service I have ever received. My first phone call to Veterans United I spoke to Steve Gustafson, loan officer, and he developed a relationship of trust and being devoted to our purchasing a home in Florida. I originally contacted the other Veteran loan service company and was basically ignored - the young man I spoke to seemed to not be able to keep his commits to call me back when he said he would.I was supported throughout the entire process from first call to my closing date. The whole team at Veterans United does everything possible to make your dream come true. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
This was our first home so we do not have all the experience in the world. BUT! We started this process very worried and skeptical of buying with a VA Loan. We heard all the horror stories so we didn’t have all that much faith in how things would turn out. Veterans United turned all that fear and worry into trust. I knew they would do everything they could to get us into our new home and they did! I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with.
