Since this wasn’t my first ever mortgage, I did my research, and came to the conclusion that Veterans United was a good choice. Throughout the process they were very helpful and the website was useful in keeping me abreast of things to do and things being done. After it is all said and done, I made a good choice and I recommend them without reservation.
The process was straight forward. It moved very fast and we had no issues that werent handled within hours, maybe a day or two.

Communications and lack of knowledge seemed to be my largest concern. I was told from the beginning that doing manufactured homes was not their expertise and I was fine with that. After receiving both sets of documents and filling them out and returning promptly I continue to receive paperwork requests that seemed to be oh by the way kind of requests. I feel that if servicing a certain state or area the individual should be a subject matter expert in these regards. I'm a air traffic controller so therefore communications and understanding is the upmost of my concern. I also feel that a better informed staff will result in a better return of customer support.
