Crystaline, Michael, and Ted is an awesome team that I had the privilege to work with. I remember when I started this journey back in October even though I was just trying to see if I qualified, which I initially wasn’t however, Crystaline referred me their Lighthouse program and told me what I needed to do to get preapproved. So once I got my credit where I needed it to be. I contacted Crystaline and before I could even call her back to check on the status she called me with great news that I was preapproved. That is when I was contacted by Ted with my preapproval loan amount. I didn’t have to ask any questions about the process or who to use for a realtor. Ted told me about the process and even referred a realtor to me which was George Parsons. My team always was quick to response to all my questions and concerns I had. I never had to ask about the status of my loan process because Michael always keep me updated with any and everything. Crystaline, Michael and Ted made me feel like family here at Veterans United. My home buying experience was very positive through veterans united. There customer service is exceptional and literally every time I had questions they would get back to my very quickly even on Sunday morning. When most banks are out of the office they are working with you to help you. As a customer I really didn't expect that however, I greatly appreciate it.

Based on the delay of our closing due to errors and incorrect information on the part of Veterans United, the attitude of the loan officer (telling me that imagined making phone calls), the disregard for the inconvenience experienced not only by us, the buyers, but also the sellers, the agents and the title company, and the additional expenses (almost $900) we incurred by having our closing date bumped from a Friday to a Monday at the very last minute (at the closing table) I would never recommend Veterans United and would in fact dissuade someone from using VU.

This was my first home buying experience. I changed lenders very late in the process however, the entire process was seamless. The website keeps you in the loop through the entire process. I would defiantly recommend Veterans United to anyone.
