I have used Veterans United for several of my home purchases and each time it been an awesome experience. Recently they rescue me from a construction loan conversion gone bad. They were able to do in one months what three other lenders failed to do in seven months of trying to close the loan. Thanks to Tom and Amanda we were able to finally close on our mortgage and move into our new home and put a stop to paying over $5900 per month in interest only payments for seven months on a construction loan. Veterans United Home Loans is an outstanding organization geared toward assisting the veterans. The officers involved with my home loan ensured I had everything I needed to have a smooth process with this loan. They were always there to answer text messages and ensured phone calls were always returned. If there were a question, they collaborated to ensure I received the correct information. If I were stressed, I was always told to basically relax and let them do what they could on their end to relieve stress. I could not have picked a better organization to work with. More information about this organization needs to circulate. I found this organization online while trying to see how much I qualified for. Fantastic great communication throughout extremely smooth
This was my first home purchase, I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But the team was very welcoming from the beginning and explained everything step by step during the whole process, I was aware of everything and knew what was exactly going on at all times.
