I had a great experience with Veterans United. Danny and his team were very responsive and let me know exactly what I needed to do throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the service that Danny and his team provided.

They kept me up to date through out the whole loan.Answered all my questions very satisfactory i was completely happy with my experience with the help they gave me.

It was a great experience as a first time home buyer with Veterans United and my loan team!! Jeremy Salas was always attentive and communicative with us regarding our loan. Thank you Veterans United for our new home!!

Working with Bill Bales and Allie Leiva throughout the process went fairly well. It wasn't until the week of closing that stressful conditions arose. First, there was an issue with VU submitting our closing disclosure in time to close on 17 March, as schedued several weeks earlier. When that timeline wasn't met, our date was pushed out to the following Monday. Next was the unacceptable actions by Allie Leiva on the Friday before our closing. After speaking to her that morning, I asked that she notify me when our wire transfer made it to the closing attorney's account. She said, "I'm making a note of that, and will check before I leave today." Approximately two hours later, I checked my email to discover Allie had sent the following:We have reached out to our underwriting team, the team lead, and our policy supervisors about the termite issue with the report. I have included a copy of the response below. With that being said, we cannot close this loan on Monday as much as we would love to for all parties. When I read this, I immediately called my agent, who confirmed the additional termite report had already been completed, and within a few minutes was being delivered to Allie. I sent an email to Allie to alert her, and received an "Out of Office" reply. As it was around noon CT, I knew this had to be a mistake. When I called her extension, I received another notification that she was out of the office and would not be returning until Monday morning. Apparently Saint Patrick's Day festivities took precedence over our closing. Had Allie called and inquired, rather than submitting an email, then dashing out of the office, she would have been able to complete our loan process. Fortunately, there was another number on her out of office reply that led me to Bryant Chambly. He was so polite and so helpful. Mr Chambly managed to get the new report to the underwriters thus, enabling us to close on Monday. It was the only time I had any interaction with him, and it was as if we had been working together for weeks. Very impressive! As for Bill's availability, Mr. Chambly informed me he had not come in, due to poor weather conditions that caused some personal setbacks. Fortunately, (or not so much in this case), he has an assistant to handle situations in his absence. The stress my family had to endure during the final week of closing was far more than any Veteran should have to endure. I have bought and sold numerous homes in my lifetime, and none of them had issues like this.Last, I would like to thank the underwriter who wanted a written statement clarifying who was going to be living in the house with me. That has absolutely no bearing on any VA loan. The requirement is that it be my primary residence. This too caused a delay in the process that was completely unnecessary.

Very friendly, informative, thorough people

Jeff Gordon and Amelia Keller did a wonderful job at providing a great experience.

most definitely!
