I would like to be able to contact my Transaction Coordinator more directly. I appreciate being able to have the ability to avoid playing phone tag.

Too many errors that WE had to catch/correct. Less than thorough follow-up and note taking on our situation which resulted in poor communication throughout. There was clearly no sympathy or understanding of military needs, especially with an overseas move. We were continually tasked with items that were communicated to our team prior which created additional work for us, and some was not even used or necessary. At one point we wanted to know how much we would qualify for with only one of our incomes. The response was curt, brash, and left us with a terrible taste in our mouths as our loan officer did not bother to check in with us afterwards. The response was that we wouldn't qualify for anything. Shouldn't that trigger a phone call or an outreach email asking what was going on in our lives? It was clear that we were only a dollar figure after that.
