Closing was 1 week after initial date. Had to pay extra days on moving truck and hotels and was told it would be covered but it was not.

The staff was very professional as well as very friendly. If we ever had questions it was always easy to get a hold of someone to answer our questions, the staff was also flexible in their schedule to make time to meet with my wife and I personally to go over documents. Overall it was a great experience.
