working with Kacee Davis was a very good experience. She answered all my questions and was helpful through the entire process. She was never too busy to answer any questions along the way and was very professional in her responsibilities.



Team members of the company don't communicate with each other, was asked for the same documents serval times by more then one person. Was also quoted fees that should have been removed on paper work. Issues continued over and over.

Both Lee Sattler and Mark Anderson were fantastic to work with.

Steve Kincheloe and Codi King were very helpful. They answered any questions and replied to any requests in a timely manner. Their customer service was comforting.




Matt and Collin completely stopped communication and or responding to email and phone calls towards the end of the loan. I was blamed for being the reason that held up the loan process when the loan went to underwriters. The hadn't even updated the loan with a seller credit but I was the reason for holding up the loan. I would have fired your team if I wasn't so deep in the loan process. I was really put in a bad situation when my loan couldn't lose before the new year. Matt and his team deflected and criticism and pointed the finger at the customer.
