Veterans United is truly a friend to Veterans. I will recommend them to all my veteran friends.
I do not recommend using Veterans United Home Loans, especially if you are transferring duty stations and need a place to stay by a specific date. We had to push our date back over a month and the company still was asking for paperwork. This was a horrible experience for both my wife and me and I wouldn't want any other service member to experience being homeless because this company could not get their stuff together in a timely manner.

This is my second home with Veterans United and every call and email was answered with Awesomeness! From the first call I made a month ago to talk options to my last call to inform the transaction coordinator about some closing info, I was treated like I was the president of the free world calling in even though I was a repeat customer. All my questions were answered patiently and completely so that I could make an informed decision on an issue that might arise along the way. I will be constantly be on the lookout for other veterans that will be in need of using their VA entitlement and will tell them... "Before you call anyone else. Give Veterans United a call and let them tell you what it is they can do for you. You won't be disappointed."

The veterans united team is great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a VA loan, however I would use your own realtor as the one we were assigned through them was terrible. Again, the loan team was fantastic and answered any an all questions my wife and I had promptly and courteously.

Our experience with Veterans United has been nothing but positive. It was extremely convenient to have access to all of our documents online, as well as being able to sign them electronically. Our loan officer, Erica, and her team were super helpful, and made sure all of our questions were answered. They were available when we needed them, and we are very grateful that they made our first home buying experience so smooth.
Going through the appraisal for a VA Loan was a little difficult but The customer service was Great and Percentage rates will be worth it !
