From the beginning of the process to the end, the folks at VU go above an beyond to ensure every detail is completed on time and your ready for closing day.
Veterans United did quite well at ensuring everything was taken care of without too much hassle. On surveys like this it is exceedingly rare for me to give anything above a 7 unless the service was truly exceptional with a rating of 10 being nearly impossible to attain.
Veterans United made our first time buying a home experience straight forward. Though this process was new to both of us, there was regular contact via email, & their website. We received regular emails informing us of updates due through each stage. Their welcoming staff was always courteous when we called with questions & concerns. Overall I would give "Veterans United" a ten (10). We had a few "hiccups" however nothing that could not be rectified or I wouldn't be sitting in my recording studio in my newly purchaed home typing this survey. Thank you "Veterans United" for everything you did!

Best and easiest home mortgage experience I have ever had. VA made everything smooth and simple.
I would strongly recommend Veterans United to any Veteran needing a home loan.
I felt rushed through the process, granted there was a timeline. But, I would scramble to get things done in short notice only to hear a reply on these things days later. I did not feel informed through the process. There were several issues that came about as a total surprise because I was not informed.

The whole house inspector did a poor job. I think he didn"t want to get his hands dirty. The foundation behind the garage was undermined and he missed that completely. Now I have to repair this which could cost me thousands of dollars.I sure the hell would not ever recommend that outfit again to anyone!
